Huge shout out to the folks at the Rotary Club of Chicago!

Chicago Small Business Expo

Yesterday I attended the Chicago Small Business expo hosted at the historic Navy Pier conference center.

The exhibit hall was packed with exhibitors and attendees milling around. The speakers provided a wealth of information, but the best (and worst) part was hearing my own thoughts in a variety of ways.

It’s bad because for a split second you think someone else has beat you to the punch. It’s good because it reinforces the fact you’re on the right track!

Whatever the opportunity, if you see a chance to make a connection with someone new, I say go for it! I made some promising connections, and I’m looking forward to what happens next!
