Fear is the number one excuse I hear when people tell me why they’re not feeling motivated to do what they know they want to be doing.

“I’m afraid I’ll [insert various outcomes here].”

If you change your relationship with fear, and see it as a motivator instead of an excuse, you can make fear work for you. Accept that you have these feelings, give the emotion space to exist, and then use it to figure out what you can do to move in the direction of most courage.

As I’ve said before, you overcome fear through action. Move confidently in the direction of success, and you’ll leave fear scrambling behind you to catch up.

Get moving!
